The responsibilities for this position encompass:

  • Use DMAIC approach to implement CRM/ERP for organizations.
  • Propose cost effective strategies to address business challenges and reduce Total Cost of Ownership for the team.
  • Use Salesforce automation to implement Lean Processes for the Organization.
  • Lead efforts in analyzing, collecting, and prioritizing user requirements, and translates business requirements into technical design and processes.
  • Implement best practices in data management and provide process driven strategies to migrate and manage the data from legacy system to CRM system.
  • Work with stakeholder requirements to build data visualizations and metrics in Salesforce turning the raw data into information.
  • Build functional prototypes of technical design ideas as needed using SQL, ETL and BI tools.
  • Understand marketing technology solutions such as Marketing Cloud and Social Studio and propose cost effective strategies to address business challenges.
  • Help manage email related workflows and campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and collaborate with clients and various stakeholders on email marketing execution and strategy.
  • Communicate complex systems to Stakeholders, in a manner that enables them to have a common understanding of the product status, risks, and decision points.
  • Contribute to the project management team in assessing tools, approaches, and techniques to add efficiency and value add improvements to existing processes and methods.
  • Configuration of Cloud applications such as, but not limited to: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Social Studio, Wave Analytics, Mailchimp, Chimpsync, iDonate, Zapier and Conga Composer.
  • Creation of software in conjunction with the Salesforce platform, including APEX Classes, VisualForce Pages, Lightning Apps and embedded Javascript.
  • Creation of applications using Heroku.
  • Compile and track resource demands and forecast workflow and resource requirements for the business.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

May telecommute from any location in the United States. Reports to company headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications: Master of Science degree in business administration, computer science, or related field and at least one year of experience in the information technology field.
